Anne Flores, CHRP

CEO and Lead Trainer

Anne is a BS Psychology graduate that has completed post-graduate degree units in GUIDANCE AND COUNSELLING at Miriam College. She is also a Certified Human Resources Practitioner or CHRP and a Management Consultant. 
She is currently the CEO and Lead Trainer of Danche (pronounced “dan-chee”) Training and Consultancy Inc. and brings 18 solid years of experience as a Human Resources Director and Consultant.
In the public sector, she has conducted workshops for the Department of Trade and Industry, the Home Development Mutual Fund (or PAG-IBIG), the Department of Energy, the Department of Agriculture, the Office of the Ombudsman, and the Bureau of Fire Protection. She likewise delivered workshops for local government units such as the City of Manila, Tarlac, and Aurora.
She has also authored a book titled “The 8 Biggest Lessons I learned as an HR Consultant”. 
She is a founding member of the Philippine Advocates for Consultants and Trainers and a Member of the International Federation of Professional Managers.

Atty. Erwin Zagala

Marketing Director

Atty. Erwin Zagala was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2007. He is a graduate of the Ateneo De Manila University (B.S. Legal Management) and the U.P. College of Law (LLB). He specializes in Negotiations, Labor and Corporate law. 
In addition to serving as the Marketing Director for Danche Inc., he is a founding partner of Legal Access Law Offices, a law firm based in Eastwood City Philippines. 
He also gives monthly workshops for legal topics offered to the public, particularly labor law and employee discipline.
His articles and podcast show have been featured on Entrepreneur Magazine, When In Manila.com and his legal blog, www.legalguide.ph
He is also the author of 3 books: 
Notary Not Included: A Guide to the 7 Most Requested Legal Forms for people who didn’t go to law school” 
“The Complete Employee Discipline System: How to keep your employees in line without getting in trouble with DOLE” 
and
“Don’t let your Heir down: a 3 phase system for estate settlement in the Philippines”
In addition, he is a founding member of the Philippine Advocates for Consultants and Trainers, a nationwide association of workshop trainers and consultants.
He believes that part of a lawyer’s duty is to spread awareness and empower the people by educating them. He will simply converse with you, using real-life stories to let the law come to life.

Atty. Ramon Ramirez

Finance Director

Atty. Ramon Ramirez is a corporate and tax lawyer admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2007. He has an LLB from the University of the Philippines College of Law. 
In addition to being the Finance Director for Danche Inc., he is the managing partner of Legal Access Law Offices. He was the Tax Manager of the Global Corporate Controllership Group of ICTSI Global.
Prior to ICTSI, Ramon has had almost 8 years of experience as a member of the International Tax Services group of SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV or Ernst & Young Philippines). 
He has handled a number of engagements ranging from general tax advisory on various corporate transactions, corporate organization and reorganization, inbound tax planning of multinational corporations, securing favorable confirmatory rulings from the tax authorities, estate planning and implementation as well as tax audit investigations.
During his time with SGV, he was chosen to be assigned to Ernst & Young in San Jose, California as a member of the firm’s prestigious Global Exchange Program (GEP).  
As a member of the GEP, he was involved in various international tax engagements of the San Jose practice including the planning and implementation phases of a tax efficient supply chain management engagement for a U.S. based integrated circuit manufacturer.
